TRILITH PASSION KIDS + BLOOM RESIDENT

Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Trilith bloom + Passion Kids Team by executing organizations, administrative, and relational needs for the bloom and Passion Kids rooms of our house. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALLSKATES, and blackout dates.
  • Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
  • Work alongside the Trilith bloom + Passion Kids Team to execute Sunday gatherings for bloom and Passion Kids children. This includes but is not limited to planning and executing the large group games in Passion Kids, preparing and gathering all supplies for bloom + Passion Kids curriculum (teaching guides, crafts, lesson materials), assisting in programming, strategizing on how to create the best environment for our bloom + Passion Kids children.
  • Meet with Orchestrate each Sunday morning to do a walkthrough of all bloom + Passion Kids spaces for a quality check.
  • Own, manage and execute the inventory, restock, and organization of all bloom + Passion Kids road cases that are utilized on Sundays.
  • Assist the bloom + Passion Kids Coordinator with Door Holder onboarding, engagement, and scheduling.
  • Build and grow the bloom + Passion Kids Door Holder community by planning and executing Door Holder team nights, training, and DH leader teams.
  • Innovate, implement and own an overarching experience for first time families and children.

Monday - Thursday 9am-5pm, and all-day Sunday
