TECHNOLOGY JUNIOR ANALYST RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. Supports the Analytics Team by providing user support and ensuring exceptional and accurate data within our technology systems. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models initiative, service, and accuracy, assisting with data analysis and building reports with appropriate visualizations to support informed decision-making and ministry goals. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving data insights and contributing to the success of the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
- Leverage Passion City's technology platforms to solve problems creatively.
- Assist in data management and integrity.
- Becoming a first responder to troubleshooting user issues on existing reports.
- Translating conversations with ministry teams to appropriate metrics/visualizations.
- Support the Analytics Team with processes for new projects, features, and other tasks as
needed.

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business or related technical fields.
- Preferred Experience:
- Microsoft Excel
- Data Visualization Tools (Microsoft Power BI,
Tableau, etc.) - SQL
- Project Management Tools (Trello, Asana, etc.)
