SOCIAL MEDIA COORDINATOR RESIDENT

Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Social Media + Content Team by building and expanding our social media platforms through community engagement, social strategy, creating, and account management. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
  • Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
  • Stay up to date with social trends.
  • Stay up to date with all happenings in our House.
  • Write high-engagement content that reflects the voice of our House for social media accounts.
  • Bring ideas and inspiration to weekly social media meetings.
  • Build the community on each of our platforms by engaging in comments, responding to DM’s, supporting broadcast channels, and executing other ideas that grow our community engagement.
  • Support our Social Media Coordinator by managing our different TikTok accounts and Facebook accounts.
  • Managing and creating our story posts and engagement.

WORK SCHEDULE

Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm, and all-day Sunday

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL

  • Bachelors’ degree in marketing, related field, or previous experience running a successful social media account.
  • Has “hustle” and get it done mentality.
  • Doesn’t take no for an answer.
  • Has the ability to get to take direction and run with execution.
  • Has basic experience in Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other Adobe Suite Apps.
  • Good at problem-solving and communications.
  • Works well under pressure, thrives during large-scale, live events. Ability to perform job duties with a sense of urgency.
  • Strong copy writing skills.
  • Enjoys accomplishing tasks
  • Is highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive.
