TRILITH STUDENTS RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Trilith Students team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs for the middle and high school rooms of our House. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
- Work alongside the Trilith Students Team to execute Sunday gatherings for middle school and high school students. This includes but is not limited to planning and executing the games in both gatherings, assisting in programming, and strategizing on how to make Students as fun as possible.
- Own, manage, and execute set up and tear down for the entire environment for high school gatherings.
- Leads the charge in creative direction for Trilith Students.
- Champion and own school engagement at area schools to represent Trilith Students.
- Regularly invest in and foster community among Student Leaders.
- Build and grow a LEAD Students Team of core high school students that are leaders of our ministry and culture carriers. This includes monthly gatherings to pour into, develop, and strategize with these students.
- Innovate, implement, and own an overarching experience for first time students.
- Work alongside the Students Team and creative contractor to plan, execute, and own social content for Trilith Students.
- Collaborate with Trilith Students Leaders to execute all aspects of Trilith Students.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, and all-day Sunday

Has “hustle” and get it done mentality. Pursues Jesus with everything and lets that love for him overflow to other people. Doesn’t take no for an answer and can think outside of the box. Has a passion for the next generation and to see students have a faith of their own. Has familiarity with Passion, culture, and Passion events.
