PHOTOGRAPHY TEAM RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Photography Team to amplify the core messages of Passion directly to people and churches across the globe. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
- Take direction on multiple projects and execute down to the details to ensure timely, intended results.
- Assist with planning and executing photo shoots by scheduling meetings, booking locations and talent, and communicating details, etc.
- Assist in managing the timeline of all projects, communicate with teams on deadlines and deliverables.
- Co-lead scheduling of Sunday gatherings and midweek events.
- Assist in developing Shot Lists, lead Team on-site at gatherings.
- Assist with managing invoices for contractors and expenses billed to internal teams.
- Assist with organizing our photo assets to ensure everything is cataloged and archived.
- Assist in managing gear rentals and organizing and cleaning house gear.
- Co-lead Team Care initiatives.
- Help to execute team hangouts and trainings.
- Captures Events/Gatherings/photo shoots with excellence.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, and all-day Sunday, with flexibility as needed.

AN IDEAL INDIVIDUAL
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in photography/general art studies or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Has strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Finds joy in serving others/the greater team by helping to take care of the behind-the-scenes roles.
- Has the ability to anticipate and organize needs and respond in a timely and effective way.
- Has the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
- Naturally tends to perform job duties with a sense of urgency.
- Demonstrates strong photography skills.
