515 CARE (SEMINARY) RESIDENT
Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church
OBJECTIVE
To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the Care Team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs in assistance to Passion City Church. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
- Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
- Available for an hour-long, weekly one-on-one with Care Coordinator
- Available for a monthly Care Team Meeting.
- Responsible for maintaining all Care-related updates to pastoral staff (Wednesday Care Report, Pastors Update, etc.). *Care Director will email out Pastors Update
- Maintains and submits all Concur Invoices and Expenses.
- Build and maintain relationships with Door Holders across various teams at 515.
- Sends flowers, meals, small gifts to Door Holders for recognition/benevolence.
- Help assist with Care Requests and take phone calls with Care Needs.
- Along with the entire Care Team, constantly think of ways in which our systems and processes can run more efficiently.
- Support and serve with the Access Team on Sunday mornings.
- Build and maintain relationship with Access Door Holders
- Ideate Access Door Holder training, development, and team growth initiatives.

WORK SCHEDULE
Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm, and all-day Sunday
