515 PASSION STUDENTS RESIDENT

Passion Leadership Experience / Passion City Church

OBJECTIVE

To help carry out the mission of Passion City Church, that we are: for God, for people, for the city, and for the world. To proactively learn, grow, and provide support to the 515 Passion Students team by executing organizational, administrative, and relational needs for Passion Students. A positive, team-oriented, kingdom-minded individual who models humility, determination, service, and accuracy as they play a pivotal role on the team.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Attend and actively participate in all Passion Residency Formations, team events, ALL SKATES, and blackout dates.
  • Complete any and all Passion Residency curriculum, assignments, and tasks on time and with excellence.
  • Assist in the planning, setting up, and the carrying out of weekly student gatherings
  • Assist in carrying the logistics for events such as Winter Wknd, The Rising, and Passion Camp.
  • Assist in the culture and care of Family Group Leaders
  • Invest in the growth of our students through teaching and personal discipleship
  • Be committed to ministry in our local schools and communities
  • Build relationships with ministry partners around the city
  • Contribute to developing young leaders within our ministry

Monday – Thursday 9am-5pm, and all day Sunday

Has the ability to get to know people quick and genuinely care about their circumstances. Has great familiarity with Passion, culture, and Passion events.
